Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract (completion of payment and booking confirmation).
How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us check4me GmbH Försterstraße 110 90441 Nürnberg Germany Email: info@check-4me.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts if we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave express consent and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB). At checkout we obtain this express consent and confirmation before payment is completed.
